Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.
Safety
Smoking is not allowed inside the glamping log pods.
We allow barbeques but they must be kept of the grass and suspended from the ground.
Responsibility
Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times. Please be considerate of other guests staying at the site.
Pets are welcome but must be kept under strict control at all times. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
Children must be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians.
Rubbish
Please use the recycling and refuse bins provided.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
